Dr. Homoky regularly presents a free Half Hour for Health talk every Tuesday from 6:30 – 7:00pm. Although attending this talk is essential in the first weeks of your care, you’ll want to return often because of the interesting variety of topics, designed to get you thinking and to help you live the natural, chiropractic lifestyle! We have found that patients who attend this talk improve much more quickly and stay well longer.
Bring your partner, family, and friends—and not only will they get to share in your learning, but they will also be invited at the end of the talk to book for a full health consultation at only £20—half the regular cost!

Get Fit, Stay Fit
We also offer free Walking for Fitness Workshops every Monday at 1:30pm, leaving from the clinic doors. Come and join us for a brisk 45-minute walk, and learn a few new stretches and health tips along the way.
Remember to wear good trainers and bright, warm clothing... and be ready to have fun! Changing facilities are available.
**NOTE: Walking for Fitness Workshops are on hold for the winter and will recommence on Monday 16th March 2009, when the sun’s back out!
New Parent, or Expecting?
Our new Family Health Mornings are a great way to learn more about natural chiropractic health care for your children, in a relaxed social setting.
Bring your children and take advantage of our free childminding service while you have some refreshments and enjoy our health talk. The themes of the talks focus on how to enhance and maintain your family’s health, naturally.
Then come along for a brisk ‘Parents and Buggies’ walk to feed the ducks at Holyrood Park, and have lunch after! A fun social way to learn about natural, drug-free health care for you and your family.
The Family Health Morning is free of charge, but booking is recommended—Spaces are limited! Contact us to book your place.
Schedule:
10:00 Enjoy some refreshments while meeting other health-minded parents.
10:30 Health talk on important relevant topics. (Childminding provided.)
11:30 Parents and buggies walk to duck pond. (Bring some breadcrumbs!)
12:30 We recommend lunch at child-friendly Pearce’s Bar, Elm Row.
