Regular Visits

After the investment of time for your first two appointments, we’re happy to say that future visits generally only require around ten minutes of your time.  With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, give you the care and advice you need, and get you on your way.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Combined with our extended office hours, our approach is to allow you to reach your health goals while minimally interfering with your daily work and life schedule. 

However, special longer visits will be arranged to review your progress, discuss specific exercises and anything else that you or your doctor feels is important.  Simply put, your visits will be as long as necessary!

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Missing a visit can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.  It will be important to carefully follow the appointment schedule that you and your doctor have discussed.
