Stretch & Strengthen Classes

Increasing flexibility can result in fewer injuries and better performance and function.  Everyone can benefit from regular stretching, for health and wellbeing. 

 

Our Stretch & Strengthen Classes are designed to get you going on a great flexibility exercise routine that you can continue at home, or to supplement your existing stretch and exercise programme.

 

Week 1   Neck & Shoulders

Week 2   Hip Flexibility (Legs, Glutes & Lower Back)

Week 3   Legs & Upper Back

Week 4   Arms/Wrist, Ankle & Foot and Trunk 

Week 5   Full Body Stretch

 

Class cost:    £20 for all 5 classes.

Class times:  Every Monday @ 6pm

 


 

Personal Training

60 min Session   -  £35

 

1st session will include taking measurements of major muscle groups and Range of Movement tests. Also, a personalised stretching routine will be included, including sports specific stretches.
